Woman With Biggest Boobs in World has Breast Reduction
Petite young mum Julia Manihuari was only 22 years old after the birth of her third child, when suddenly her boobs just started growing and growing!
Six years later they had reached a record Size N and she couldn’t drag herself out of bed because of the added weight on her chest. She had to stay in months for six months and they just kept on growing.
‘It was awful,’ said Mrs Manihuari, 29, who lives in a rural area of Peru near Loreto. ‘If I tried to get up I would faint because my breasts were so heavy.’
Julia lived in remote village in Peru, but luckily the press found out her sorry story and decided to come to her rescue. They took her on three-day boat journey to the nearest town to visit the doctor for a consultation, and from there she was flown to the Peruvian capital Lima for a six hour operation to reduce her enormous bosum down to a tiny and easily manageable 34D.
She had been diagnosed as having an unusually virulent version of Bilateral Gynecomastia (known as Gigantomastia), an illness where the mammary gland just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

After her recovery Julia siad: ‘Before the operation I couldn’t do anything, I just had to live with it, it got so bad that my breasts were touching my legs.
‘I have always had a small build, and the stress on the rest of my body was agony.’
She added: ‘My breasts were growing by the day. I couldn’t move because my boobs and belly were the same size.
‘My breasts became so huge my skin had sores and I had trouble breathing.’
Can you believe that some women in America actually pay doctors to make their boobs bigger and bigger! I doubt that they would be so happy if they were THIS big!
