The Untold Arsenal – Brilliant Old school blog
This very un-typical Arsenal blog The Untold Arsenal is definitely worthy of a review. This is the way that blogs were meant to me, a very personal opinion, written in a humourous interesting style, but done in a professional manner!
Tony Attwood is the purveyor of these most original of stories, and he never fails to impress me when i pop in for my daily update. He is very serious about Arsenal, and is an Arsenal season ticket holder, a Committee Member of Arsenal Independent Supporters Association responsible for AISA’s “Arsenal History” project, and a contributor to both the Highbury High fanzine and the Arsenal Player Database on Arsenal.com.
Today’s offering on Untold Arsenal is a (very true) description of How to be an Arsenal Doom-and-Gloomer, which seems to be a peculiar affliction of Arsenal fans, as everyone seems to know much better than the Arsenal manager how to run the team!
I am continually impressed with the quality of Tony’s writing, and his way of looking at the funny side of being an Arsenal supporter, something that it not often seen in the serious world of Arsenal blogging.
Tony is also an accomplished writer, and you can get his book “Making of the Arsenal“, which is not a serious history book, but is a look at life at Arsenal through the eyes of a journalist 100 years ago, prying into the workings at the club.
This is the perfect Christmas gift for the Arsenal fan that has everything!
So if you are interested in Arsenal, past or present, get over to Untold Arsenal and have a look!
