From Thailand to Brighton – In a tuk-tuk!
I am just reading a brilliant book at the moment, and just had to share it with you all. These two English girls just one day decided that they were going to travel all the way from Bangkok in Thailand to Brighton in the UK! And they did it in a pink motorized tuk-tuk (called Ting Tong!) that they bought in Thailand!
What a fantastic idea! They decided that they were going to do it for charity and raised over £50,000 for MIND, the mental health people.
They kept a blog going on the way, which you can read here Tuk-Tuk to the road! and they made it into a book of the same name.
But what an amazing experience it must have been. I am extremely jealous and would love to emulate them one day. Anyway, I found this sample video of their journey so just had to post it on here.
